Account and booking
Provide accurate contact details, verify your email and keep your password private. Book only for yourself or with the person’s permission. Automated, abusive or disruptive bookings are prohibited.
Appointment contract
Your appointment contract is with your selected salon. Prices, duration, cancellation period and other conditions are shown during booking. The salon may confirm, move or cancel under its published rules.
Availability
We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
